Produce Mom Crockpot Artichokes

So I was pretty excited about this next project with the Produce Mom- crockpot artichokes! I absolutely love artichokes, but I have never actually made them. I was shocked at how easy this was. And the subject is so beautiful- I went a little overboard and couldn’t stop photographing them, hence the million pictures. These artichokes were shipped in from Ocean Mist Farms in California, where they have been growing organic vegetables for over 90 years. I seriously have never seen artichokes this pretty! They must know what they are doing:)
