Produce Mom, Roasted Rainbow Califlower from Savoy Salad
So recently I have dipped into the world of food photography, specifically for The Produce Mom (my amazing cousin, Lori!) and I LOVE it. I am a bit of a foodie and I love to cook, so this is right up my alley. This recipe which you can find on the Produce Mom’s page, is absolutely amazing and super easy. I have never looked at a cauliflower as beautiful until now, these beauties are brought to us by Savoy Salad. Check out the Produce Mom’s page for more amazing recipes!
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 head cauliflower, Salad Savoy Carnival Multi-Color Cauliflower, cut into 1-inch floret

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add cauliflower and gently toss until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender, turning once halfway through cooking.
