Ruth is Four!

Today is our daughter’s 4th birthday. Last night as I kissed her goodnight, I felt like I kissed away 3 year old Ruth. This little girl has done so much growing in her 3rd year of life.  She learned to write her name.  She developed a love for coloring, painting and baby dolls. She became a big sister, which is her favorite role in life, and she has filled our lives with unimaginable joy.  I love this little girl with all my heart.  I love her spunk, sense of humor, serious side and huge heart.  You are beautiful Ruth, inside and out.  I am proud I was chosen to be your mama.  I hope you enjoyed your breakfast.  This year she requested pancakes with M&M’s, candy and gum on top.  Big surprise!
